Review: on July [redacted] 2015 we ordered material from this company. They sent us an invoice and told us material will arrive in 4-6 weeks. I sent them a check for $2000 deposit on 7/**/15 which was cleared on 8/*/15. The material kept being delayed and we are now 4 months into this process and as of last week they no longer answer my calls or my emails . The last communication I received from them was an email saying that the material arrived in New York and is being unloaded and will be delivered to me, they will send me tracking information. They don't answer any of my calls or my emails and I have the feeling this company will not deliver my material. I need your help in finding out what is going on and help me get my money backDesired Settlement: I want my money back. this company is so unprofessional and they are flat out one big fraud.

Review: I placed an order for 300 sq ft of 24 x 24 Thassos polished select tile on Jun **, 2015 - issued a 50% deposit check (#[redacted] for $5205.00 on Jun [redacted], it has cleared) was told in late August material had arrived but was not good. They refused to issue me a refund so I worked with my client and we decided to let them try again to get the material (since there was previous problems in Greece - we were trying to give a second chance). The second shipment was to arrive on Sept [redacted] to port. I spoke to [redacted], my sales rep, that day and he told me the material was in port. I have not been able to get him to answer my call since that day or any of the location numbers. I have sent numerous emails to Mark without any reply. I need the material for my client or I need my money back to purchase replacement material from another vendor. There has been no way to contact them, and no return calls or emails. I had someone call from a different area code and Mark answered his call right away.Desired Settlement: They need to refund my deposit in full especially since I allowed two attempts for them to procure material.
