I have done business with That Boot Store for more than years never have I encountered this kind of customer service they are normally over the top helpful, recently I won a gift certificate for a pair of Timberland boots, I ask the lady if I could get a different pair do to the fact that I have foot issues and would like the same boot I normally wearShe said she would have to check with the mgrmgrtold me that if I didn't want the timberland boots I didn't have to get anythingThis mgrwas hateful about it, yes it was a free pair of boots but not the point I didn't demand anything I simple ask if there could be an exception be madeI will not be back!
