[I currently am having to continue this dispute via my phone because my laptop has crashed and is in repair currentlyI previously sent an email responding to the previous response from the business owner but am not sure if it was receivedAfter the 1st business response, it is evident either the business has me confused with someone else or has completely fabricated a story to support their claimI never went to the breeder to even see the puppy in personI decided against it after a KOfficer friend saw the ad and remarked they did not think from the photos that the dog was a purebred shepherdI was wishing to get the dog for myself as a service dog for PTSD, I’m not married nor have I ever been so the story of “getting the puppy for my husbands birthday” is either someone I have been confused with or fabricatedI also have one daughter, not “children” plural, and again we never even went to see this dog let alone pick it upI ended up getting a purebred shepherd from a breeder in *** and can back that purchase up 100% as she was in no way associated with this businessAlso I do not recall ANY disclaimer previously on *** about the deposit and it being non-refundable where I first read about this puppyIf I had seen a such a thing I’d have never bothered as I am disabled and live on a fixed/limited income.
