Review: Owner, Ryan P[redacted], sold me a 2010 refurbished computer for $1600 and would only accept cash for the purchase. His reason was that he could only put it on his charge card and not on mine. I reluctantly wrote him check for the amount. He told me my [redacted] laptop would come from [redacted] with full warranty. Later than he promised, I received a damaged computer. He assured me the party would arrive from [redacted] a few days later. He downloaded some, but not all, the info from my older computer, asked for $200 cash and said he would return to help me with rest. I never saw him again!! Countless efforts to obtain the receipt from my broken computer went unheeded. He continue to assure me all the info, including the warranty from [redacted] were in the mail. Two weeks later I never received it or the upfront service he assured me would be forthcoming.

I trusted him to do the right thing since 11/11/15 and he has not. He was referred by my son and so I trusted him to provide me with the assistance he promised.

Being a retired senior citizen with a heart condition and living on a fixed income, he has caused me undue stress over the $1800 I lost, while providing me with faulty equipment. He has responded to my repeated texts, pleas, and phone calls with reassurances that have not been fulfilled.

A former employer referred to him as a "scam artist" which I wish I had known previous to having any business dealings with him. Do not trust him!! Because that is exactly what he is!!Desired Settlement: I would like my $1800 refunded in exchange for the damaged and old computer he sold me.

Review: Ryan overcharged me for a router and a word processor. My Computer had a word processor and comcast installed the router. he owes me $195.00 and he has acknowledged this. but has told me for two months the check is in the mail. No refund.. I am also under future contract for 6hours for $525..00... I want a refund for unused time. I do not trust Ryan Pulcini.
