In response to Mrs. [redacted] accusing me of  fraudulently charging the school and parents: I had been in contact with the Athletic Director since July (and the majority of the coaches by the second week of August) and had informed him of the sitting fee up front.  The coaches were...

later notified before pictures began by the Athletic Director that the coaches were responsible for figuring out the sitting fees per team.  An email was then sent to each coach to inform them of how one coach had the team's cost split between players therefore covering it per parent/athlete. The sitting fee was not on the receipt/order form because it was originally the school's responsibility. Just a few days before banners were to be picked up I was still waiting on many parents to finish their banner and/or sitting fee payments so I contacted the principal about the situation and took him up on his offer to cover the remaining balance, as he said he would take care of collecting the rest of the money to reimburse the school what they paid me. The school paid me an official  business check, so I don't see how anything I did was fraudulent and/or unapproved. The turn around time was actually right at the two weeks promised (as the promise was two weeks from the final submitted order date). I stressed more than anything that all banners would be submitted together to guarantee the lower cost and email reminders were almost daily at this point to athletes/parents and/or coaches. I did try to explain this to the parents that approached me about the time frame. As for the few bad banners, I tried to explain to each parent before submission to the printer that I was told to advise them their choices were not of good quality.  Each athlete was given over 4 pose choices, some even up to 10. I did not badmouth the school or her daughter, only tried to inform her that the school was failing in communicating properly any emails or information I had asked to be passed along and that her daughter had treated me rather disrespectfully in many ways during her Cheer photo session. I never posted anything on social media, but had several family members and friends continuously tell me that many involved parents were badmouthing me all over social media. I even had to begin blocking my email and cell phone because I was coming under attack and being harassed by her and a few other parents.  As to the claim that my family member has ordered a retake, I spoke with his parents immediately after receiving this complaint letter and they did NOT order any retakes for his banner. She is the first to even mention any one doing retakes, as I had not heard from any others that they were. The school has NEVER informed me of ANY distress from this situation, so again this is the first time I have heard of it. As for her settlement request, I had already told her that if she had approached me professionally and mannerly we definitely could've figured something out.  However, she was dragging my name and my business name through the mud almost from the start.  I attempted to work everything out with her per her demands from the get go, even offering to be at the school at 6/630am on a random morning because her daughter could not make the original scheduled date for one of her sessions (even though I made it clear to everyone I only have evening times available). Her requesting no further contact has been honored for weeks, as I had to block her from my email and cell phone because of her harassing me. I do not feel that after all of her false accusations that I should be obligated to honor her refund request, but that I could in turn accuse her of slander for her false testimonies.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]
She never offered a resolution, only more excuses and twisting of truth. The only refunds she has offered to cheer, football, cross country, or volleyball is for a double exposure. Even then, a cheer mom only received 3.75 as Tara charged her a sitting fee out of her double exposure refund that was not on order sheet. I will be forwarding my request to her for a retake or refund. I am also requesting ANY proof she has of me conducting slander. I have posted nothing about her business on social media, and have not said one false statement. No slander exists.              Facts: I never revived individual or group cheer pics. I was forwarded three poses for cheer, from another cheerleader. The "fourth" pose is one uplicate pose in black and white.  Volleyball, one pose was too bright, one had a trash can fully of trash in shot, and one used had bad lighting, red line through hair, and legs different colors. She proceeded to state that she wasn't going to edit to make my daughter look different, she does not have two colored legs.     The school did payer to make her go away, although it wasn't what she originally wanted. I have received this information through Principal, mr. [redacted] who states the school did not hire her/aware of her doing banners, cheer coach never coorespinded with her (tara was texting a football mom thinking she was the cheer coach) and thought the cheerleaders were having banners done on their own since the school had not hired/approved a photographer. All fall sports WERE retakes - banners are at school. Mrs. [redacted], teacher/publications and another local photographer redid the photos for banners. School paid for the expidited shipping, per mr. [redacted], due to all if the distress dealing with these banners. Mr. [redacted], principal, laughed when I told him of the threat of Tara submitting a complaint against [redacted] - only after I complained about banner, not before.      All of our coorespondence was cordial until I was unhappy with banners.  Show me any proof she offered assistance with my complaint, it doesn't exist. Just as no slander exists. Just as no satisfied customers exist. Proof is other  parents complaints, statements from school officials, and her work/banners NOT hung at school.     No reason to block numbers/email. 1. I didn't email her. 2. I didn't call her. 3. She stated she would no longer reply to texts, so I no longer texted. I filed with Revdex.com which is my right.   As far as appointment times go, I have emails and texts over scheduling photo times. The 6am shoot she offered was due to her scheduling cheer on a Monday evening, when [redacted] had a volleyball game. However, that Monday session didn't even happen due to cheer coach being totally unaware, and other cheerleaders nit being told. After being rescheduled 3 times, cheer session was completed that Friday.  ALL of these statements are backed up with texts, and coaches, athletes, parents, and school official statements. That is not slander, that's truth. Yet, parents have text messages from Tara stating there were no other complaints....although in Revdex.com statement she stated involved parents were  bad mouthing her on [redacted]. So, she's being bad mouthed, or there's no complaints? And her nephew DID state he was getting his redone as well, and his mom did  defend herself to another parent by stating she had to pay Tara too. Again, facts not slander. I will be forwarding all coorespondence I have, plus can get statements from others if needed. This is a pure case of someone not standing behind their work, and backpeddling when so many customers expect a refund. The school paid her  to make her go away, "but we have her number, have figured her out, and she'll never do any work for South".   She should stand behind her word on the [redacted] post she posted, and stand behind her work. A customer being negative as she stated, is not an excuse for no refunds. All coorespondence will show there was NO negativity until she became defensive.
Regards,
[redacted]
