Received "That Black Stuff" product has a gift. The product is suppose to permanently make your faded trim black again. Used the product and it did not last and went away in about a month. Complete waste of my time and company is falsely advertising what the product can do. Contacted the company, Craig *** who seems to be the person to deal with said he would send another bottle. The bottle never came and then he started to give me a hard time. He didn't want to deal with *** or file a claim. He continued to intimidate me and said he would send his friend who is a police officer in my town to come and hound me and give me a bottle. The police in my town are inept and a waste of tax money and they should be running this owner's personal agenda. It appears to this owner has no problem give out your personal information to other people and he was trying to use this as a way to intimidate me. IN SUMMARY THE PRODUCT SUCKS AND THE OWNER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE DIRECTLY SO NOT WORTH DEALING WITH IT. Do not recommend this product or company.
Here is the truth, in his own hand.
As you can see we shipped a $50 value replacement out to him based on his word that he purchased it. As it was suppossedly purchased and fulfilled thru ***, we requested the order number to verify the purchase several times.

My Oberservation:
As you can see he insinuates he purchased the product himself, but he is unable to prove the order number at this time. However we shipped the $50 item out to him as a sign of good faith.

It's not simple and easy because I received this as a gift and I can not find any packing slip/card that comes with an *** shipment not sure if there was one. My issue right now is with the shipment not with the product. We can try dealing with *** or just retry using *** or something. *** is not reliable, I saw the postal carrier yesterday and I guess because of the covid it's not even our usual one, the person has probably been mixing up mail, sometimes I don't get mail for several days.
My Observation:
So now it's a gift from someone and he did not purchase it as he stated previously. As you can see, very suspicious. Additionally when I asked for the order ID he threatened to report me to the Revdex.com. Which of course he has now done.

As you can see this inept jerk owner attacks customers and sells you fake BLACK PAINT that does not work, has no problem sharing your private information to everyone, untrustworthy crook that makes garbage knock off products in his redneck garage. Do you want to buy anything from this crook and have your information with him when he freely gives it to others. He sells black paint that says will last, it doesn't, it's just black paint, he operates all these shell scam companies from his trailer trash mobile home.
