We have had harassing emails from this customer non-stop she had agreed with the color prior to us making the favors, she has received them and we will not replace them free of charge

I've...

never harassed anyone in my life.  I'm in tears thinking this is the way the business is viewing me.  I may have been overly excited to receive these bracelets and did not with-hold my fear of not receiving them when they arrived almost 2 months later, but I definitely did not view myself as harassing.
 
On that note, I did agree to the bracelets in Tiffany Blue.  As you can see from the image I attached in my email correspondence, it did not match the colour I agreed to at all (I'm attaching again in case it didn't go through the first time).   They sent me turquoise when they had promised they could make it in Tiffany Blue for me. Please also review my email correspondence and let me know how I harassed this store.  I'm saddened and furious all at the same time over this comment.  
 
If they will not replace the bracelets for me, I would like a refund for half the order so I can purchase the materials from a craft store to complete my order.
 
I don't view this as harassment at all.  I just need my favours for my wedding in the colours I requested.

Our company has been more than helpful in providing digital proofs and color samples for you, your favors arrived in the color you requested and agreed upon. 
If you would like additional favors you may purchase them in our shop. 
We we will not be replacing your favors for free and will will not refund you for a customized item you have had in your position for over a month.
