That's My Gig LLC states that each membership is recurring, displaying clearly, in several areas of the websiteIt is also stated on pages during the purchase/checkout process for each member, it is stated in an email which is sent directly to each customer that makes a purchase- immediately following the purchase (See links below to FAQ page and Terms of Use page on the That's My Gig LLC website)Anyone can find links to the Terms of Use and FAQ on the footer of the homepage of the That's My Gig LLC website, and on many other pages of the site, as well as on the checkout pages upon purchase of any product- including the membership which the complaining client purchased and agreed to (See screen shot of TMG Membership Checkout Process) https://www.thatsmygig.com/FAQ-gigseeker/ https://www.thatsmygig.com/terms-of-use/ 5) Each client must agree to the fact that their membership is recurring prior to completing checkout(See attached screen shot of TMG Checkout Process). 6) The complaining client received the Recurring Product Activation email upon the purchase date of their month to month membership- 12/16/(See attached screen shots of the email sent date and the email content). 7) That's My Gig LLC did not, nor did any representative "hack" the complaining client's payment informationEach member must pay via the That's My Gig LLC secure checkout page, which includes a secure SSL certificate, and all client payment info is stored on a secure Merchant Service Provider server, Autherize.net, and is not stored anywhere on That's My Gig LLC servers or property, although That's My Gig LLC is PCI compliant and utilizes the the highest level of SSL available, EVSSL with bit encryption. 8) That's My Gig LLC has a no-refund policy, which you can see is clearly stated on the last checkout page, prior to purchase of a membership for That's My Gig LLC (See attached screen shot of TMG Membership Checkout Process)This Term is also stated on the Terms of Use page... https://www.thatsmygig.com/terms-of-use/ Because the client did not attempt to contact That's My Gig LLC in any way prior to demanding a refund for all but one month of their membership, That's My Gig LLC is not able to grant the refund request, as per the That's My Gig LLC Terms of Use, which the client agreed to upon purchaseHowever, That's My Gig LLC is willing to offer a 60-day Featured Membership to the client for free, a $value (month-to-month memberships are $a month), in order to satisfy the client at this timeThis offer will expire September 1, Client must accept this offer prior to September 2, 2017.
