The licensing bodies from MLB, the NFL, the NBA and the NCAA will receive a detailed timeline of events that outline the duplicitous nature of your organization Regards, [redacted]

You have not been give a refund because you have now twice rejected that as the resolution If a refund will indeed be a sufficient resolution please state that in writing and we will happily process the refund However please note that for security purposes our website automatically deletes all credit card information from our system so you would either have to provide the credit card info or we can send you a check in the mail

We will send a check. For what's it's worth - We have been in business for years, Licensed by MLB for years, We have completed over 70,transaction on our site and nearly 20,transactions on ***If we weren't trustworthy we wouldn't be here. Sorry that your experience leads you to believe otherwise - there were extenuating circumstances in your case but apparently you are not interested in hearing that - which is fine. We issue checks every two weeks. So your will go out in the next batch

I received a note from the MA Revdex.com today that this case was closed due to a lack of response on my part -- and that the notation in their Revdex.com file will read, "Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied."This is not accurateThe business did not address the issues within the complaint and, to date, has still not refunded my payment or sent the product I orderedI would like to re-open this case until the vendor (That's My Ticket) sends a full refund, which I've been told is "en route"Alternatively, I would like the Revdex.com case notes to read that the vendor did not address the issues within the complaint. Hi *** - You put in a claim with your credit card company which will certainly be decided in your favor. We can't stop that process from proceeding. If we were to send a refund it would be redundant
