We are giving you a complete refund as requested.  Why would you reject that?

Just so I'm clear, That's My Ticket is choosing to let the credit card dispute run it's course -- for products which TMT collected payment for, but never shipped -- rather than simply approving the refund through the dispute?  The licensing bodies from MLB, the NFL, the NBA and the NCAA will receive a detailed timeline of events that outline the duplicitous nature of your organization.

This organization is not being truthful about my transaction. I was told twice (verbally) that my shipment was on the way; and they never responded to my message. The fact that they're issuing a refund (which has not been processed) underscores their deception, since it proves that the products have still not been shipped.

We have talked to and responded to this gentleman several times and explained what happened.  He is clearly not happy and as such we are more than happy to give him a refund. He could have simply asked us directly.

A refund is an acceptable solution -- and this has not changed since I initiated my claim. I have no intention of dropping the claim until I receive it, though. That said, I do not trust you enough to resend my credit card information, since your team has proven not to be trustworthy. You should have my address on file. Please send a check. You have not been give a refund because you have now twice rejected that as the resolution.  If a refund will indeed be a sufficient resolution please state that in writing and we will happily process the refund.  However please note that for security purposes our website automatically deletes all credit card information from our system so you would either have to provide the credit card info or we can send you a check in the mail.
