That's My Topper

I purchased a wedding cake topper from this business for a birthday present for my mom. She ended up not liking the topper so we wanted to return it. The item was around $45.00 and did not come with a return label even though I paid for shipping and handling. I can not get a hold of anybody in customer service despite calling over 12 times at all different times. The phone system makes you leave a message. Finally a few days later somebody called me and let me know if I was returning the item the shipping back to the business would be out of pocket ($38) and a 20% restocking fee. That would actually mean I owed them money. This issue is still not taken care of. I would also like for them to pay for the return of this item. I think it is only fair after almost a month of chaos. Business Response This situation has been resolved. Our customer service employee said that she and the customer played phone tag for a week until they finally connected on the phone on the 12th to discuss the return process. She provided the customer with a return label and informed the customer that when the item was received she would be credited with a refund. We have not received the return from the customer as of today but tracking shows it is on the way so we issued a refund to the customer.
