I paid him $495.00 for a project that supposed to take 2 weeks, but has been almost 9 months and he refuses to complete the project. I requested the funds to be returned but he is not responding to my request either. I just found out that there are 4 more clients of his in the same situation. Review: Mr. [redacted], whom I have learned has several aliases, charged our non-profit organization $11,350 for web programming/design projects that he failed to deliver. They were supposed to be completed in about 4 months--one was 18 months and the other 10 months overdue, with excuse after excuse provided. On the date of his final deadline, after which we threatened legal action, he disappeared. His PO box was closed, he put an auto-reply on his email and no longer responded, he stopped answering the phone, and his fax did not connect. He built up trust with us over about a year, completing other projects, but did not complete the MOST critical and expensive projects we paid him for, and COMPLETELY abandoned us as a client. I believe this man is a crook and a con man.Desired Settlement: A refund of $11,350 for the uncompleted projects would be the only acceptable outcome.
