This is a complaint against:

THT Flooring, LLC

Kitchen floor was finally laid Oct.1, 2010, after 2 (legitimate) cancellations by THT, from original service date of Sept 3, 2010. However, installer did not arrive at appointed time (11AM instead of 9AM) and caulking of floor to baseboards not professionally done. THT was notified approximately Oct 8, Mr [redacted] came to premise and inspected, agreed work not professionally completed, and agreed to have recaulking re-done. Numerous calls to Ms [redacted] were made to make appointment for recaulking, and calls were not returned. I finally went to the Tucson office and spoke to Mr [redacted] who contacted his wife to set up an appointment. Appointments for re-caulking were made for Nov 23, Nov 26, Dec 1, Dec 17, and Dec 29 and each were no-show cancellations. I went again to the Tucson office and spoke to Ms [redacted], daughter, the beginning of December as the Nov service appointment dates were no show and and phone calls to Ms. [redacted] were not returned. On Dec 29, per phone conversation with Ms. [redacted],owner of THT, who then suggested termination of the business agreement,and agreed to cancel the remaining (50%) amount due, to send paperwork stating $0 balance due, and to provide me with warranty materials. THT has not provided termanation paperwork nor warranty materials as agreed upon,of Feb 2, 2011.
