I have receieved the letter from both the Revdex.com and the customer about the situationUnfortunately I cannot say that what my employee did was wrong in a business senseShe definitely could have showed more
compassion but at the same time was doing her jobFirst off, all of our receipts when given have a note on the bottom stating exactly this, NYS LAW PROHIBITS THE RETURN OF RX'S, SURGICAL & BATHROOM ITEMSITEMS FOR RETURN WILL BE MADE AS A REFUND WITHIN DAYS OF PURCHASE WITH VALID RECEIPTAlice offered a store credit for the wheelchair even though it was a sale made in august of last year
Although I cannot say she handled the situation wrong, I will say that I am much more compassionate to ***'s story, and I am also in a position to do something about itPlease have her contacted, she can specifically ask for *** or *** at the pharmacy and I will have her credited for the return

Review: I purchased a transport chair to possibly use for my son when he was diagnosed in June, 2013 with a second [redacted]. It has been in the trunk of my car since I purchased it for $299.00 on August **, 2013. I was told the chair could be returned if the plastic wheel covering was still in place and the chair was not damaged or used. I went to return it today as my son has not needed the chair, thank goodness. I was told by [redacted], supposedly a store manager, that I could not return it even though the chair was not used and the plastic overing on the wheels was still intact. I stated my case telling her about my son's [redacted] and asked her to kindly allow me to return the chair and she flat out said "no". I asked her the name of her boss or the [redacted] and all I got was "**" or "[redacted]", not even a full name of person to contact. I have been getting my son's medications there for the past 5 years and am appalled by this treatment and this refusal of a refund. I have the receipt and the chair was NEVER used. I am asking for help in getting my refund.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a refund and I will return the chair. The amount I paid was $299.00

First off, all of our receipts when given have a note on the bottom stating exactly this, NYS LAW PROHIBITS THE RETURN OF RX'S, SURGICAL & BATHROOM ITEMS. ITEMS FOR RETURN WILL BE MADE AS A REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE WITH VALID RECEIPT. Alice offered a store credit for the wheelchair even though it was a sale made in august of last year.

Although I cannot say she handled the situation wrong, I will say that I am much more compassionate to [redacted]'s story, and I am also in a position to do something about it. Please have her contacted, she can specifically ask for [redacted] or [redacted] at the pharmacy and I will have her credited for the return.

Review: Did not process my prescription through insurance. When I found out prescription was covered refused to refund or process correctly.Desired Settlement: That my prescription is filled through in nuance and all overcharges are refunded. That they stop this fraudulent practice.
