We should receive back the money that was for the photography..or lack thereof ($one hour photography + $for an additional half hour of photography)..what we paid forOur wedding day was destroyed by her photographer and her faulty equipmentWe don't understand how one who runs a business in managing peoples weddings..one extremely precious moment in a couples lives..takes zero responsibility for not coming through and giving the couple the experience they deserve..as they payed for it and allIt's down right shameful to ruin such a special day and make no proper amends to rectify the situationOffering more botched photography with the photographer that ruined their wedding to begin with is not acceptable..and to expect the couple to spend more money to do this is absurdAgain, I have numerous emails where *** states her photographer screwed up and didn't deliverIf it isn't evident enough with all the inaccuracies in the statement below, *** doesn't even recall the truth and the facts..she doesn't even remember that I spoke with her or how many children we even haveGoes to show how much she doesn't even pay attention to details, speak the truth or let alone care..she just wants your money! Extremely bad business practices, she should be down right ashamed!! I bet if this happened to her on her wedding day, she would expect compensation and money returned to her..any person this happened to wouldBeyond sad that a person like this does this line of work..one in her field should have a desire to make this a wonderful experience and if she fails to do so, she should have proper customer service and make sure her clientele is satisfiedI guess it's all about the money for ***, she is sure happy to take it from you but turns around and has the audacity to not live up to the promised services and shifts blame and takes no responsibilitySo sad..our special day was ruined and she made money doing itNot an upstanding individual with any integrity, morals or care..utterly shameful, sickening and disgraceful!

1/2 hour of photography to our package (details of that package listed online here: http://1812hitchingpost.com/weddings/packages/elope/).  The total photography time/venue time he purchased was from 4 to 5:30 p.m. on April 12th with wedding ceremony scheduled at 4:30.   At 3:50 on the day of the wedding, his fiancée, [redacted], called and told me they had lost track of time and were just then leaving their home which was 45 minutes from our location.  Our staff, including the minister, photographer, and Dj, were already on site ready to work.  We require 24 hour notice to postpone a scheduled wedding.  With 10 minutes notice, we could not postpone.    I told them to do the best they could to get here quickly and we’d do the best we could from our end to give them as much as we could for their wedding.  We had another event scheduled directly after their event.   The couple and their three children arrived close to 5 p.m. and got dressed at our venue.  The photographer was there shooting the cake and decorations even before the couple arrived from 4 to 5:30 as she was scheduled.  She shot 182 photos of their wedding which were professionally edited and given to them about ten days after the wedding.   There were photos that could not be taken on their wedding day due to the lack of time the couple allowed us.  The total cost of the photography they purchased with the package was $150 ($100 for the first hour and $50 for the extra 1/2 hour).  In addition for the money they spent, they received a custom wedding cake, beverages, customized decorations and music, the services of the minister and DJ, the wedding planning services in the month leading up to the wedding.     Our minister would usually leave directly after the ceremony but had to stay an extra hour because they were late.  We did not charge them for that extra time and we did everything possible to give them a full wedding experience.   When the groom complained to me after the wedding, I offered additional photography to recreate the photos they were not able to get within their contract time at no extra charge to them.  [redacted] refused the offer and requested a refund of more than the photography portion of his contract.  They received the total value of their wedding package.   [redacted]1812HP, Inc.www.1812hitchingpost.com[redacted]###-###-####

Review: The photographer "[redacted]" who took pictures of our wedding was unable to provide all the pictures that were promised. Including very important moments of our wedding..cake cutting, prayer, our rings etc. we were told her memory card failed and or was corrupted and the pictures could not be found.Desired Settlement: We requested a $200 reimbursement for lack of pictures, as we did not get what we paid for. As well as for emotional damages. We will never be able to have those moments captured on film again.
