There was a contract that was signed, agreed upon and in place that did not include The 2 Anthonys Service to pack anything nor provide any boxes for this move. after the customer changed the move date several times because she was elderly and disabled, even though changing the move date, null and voids the contract. The move only included The 2 Anthonys Relocations Services to move the customer out of her home and into her new one, yet when [redacted] and his team arrived, the customer was asking them to deliver boxes and other larger items such as air conditioners, area rugs, and boxes, things not included in the contract, to her friends that lived in her apartment building. And [redacted] and his team accommodated some of these items even though it was not in the contract. Then he let the complainant, [redacted], become aware that everything was not boxed up and ready to go and his mother, the customer, was asking for things to be moved elsewhere in the building that was not in the contract and he could no longer accommodate these requests. At that time, [redacted], agreed with [redacted].     [redacted] also never charged the customer for a crate that was never built. If the crate had been charged for, it would have increased the price of the move from $700 to $950 because the item that had to be crated was large. The customer chose not to have it crated and the customer only paid $700 for the move in total.    The 2 Anthonys Relocations Services prides themselves on customer service and making sure the customer is happy with the services provided. The customer who was moved was there the entire time and did not indicate or communicate any ill feelings at the time the move was complete; she in fact expressed gratitude to The 2 Anthonys Relocations Services. The complainant, [redacted], was not in fact at the move. In this case, [redacted] and the team went out of their way to accommodate the customer by providing services that were not included in the contract and not charging extra for those services and by honoring the contract after it had, in fact, been null and void.
