I opened an account with brownies / harned oil company out of conneaut lake pa on Wednesday 11-20-19 ... They processed my $500 dollar payment on Thursday 11-21-19 and told me I would receive my fuel oil by Friday or Saturday 11-22 or 11-23 it is now Monday 11-25 and I still do not have my fuel oil ... It is November and I have 2 children in my home I need heat!!! My fuel tank is empty and I want what I paid for .. $500 should equal 183.8 gallons of fuel oil !
RE: *** I have reviewed the issue and the information as presented by ***. I will agree that an order was placed on November 20th and that we charged her account on the 21st of November. However, *** was told at the time the order was placed that we were 7 - 10 business out for delivery. The delivery was made on November 25th
