During the past year NJ Home Repair recommended replacement of the HVAC unit at [redacted] **Owners contacted NJ Home Repair and signed a contract to remove and replace the existing unit including Permits with Montville Township(see attached) On August 18, a new Trane Heating/AC unit in the amount of $ 6,was installed by NJ Home Repair Over a day period NJ Home Repair was contacted and came out three 3x to [redacted] ** At first, since the weather was not warm there was no need for Air ConditioningApproximately in mid- September, [redacted] ***/Tenant contacted NJ Home Repair based on unit not maintaining temperature as the temperature outside began to get warmer This happened twice 2xBoth times pinholes were found in the lines and Freon replacedSubsequently, the weather really heated up while the unit was maintaining the temperature more water was noticed on the hall rug around the utility closedNJ Home Repair was called back a third time 3X and coul

The worst company to provide service and will never show up , even though I cancelled with them years ago , they keep on charging NJNG bill every year , every year its been a problem to get these money minting all fuss no work don't start service them at all

Excellent service at a great price. The seasonal maintenance included a replacement of the thermocoupler which other companies charge $500+ to replace! Franklin, the technician who performed the tune up was friendly, professional and informative. I will definitely use NJR Home Services for all of my boiler maintenance needs.

For five years we have been paying for a service contract for heating and boiler repairs with NJ Home Resources. I called nj home resources to fix water heater. Technician came out and said we needed a part which we ordered. Few days after that another technician came out and said water heater was fixed after he had installed the new part. Water heater broke within two hours. They came back next day and said that the new part broke and we would have to order it again which we did. When technician came to put the second part in he said that there was an electrical issue that was causing the parts to break but wasn’t sure and said that we would need to have an electrician look at it. We had electrician from same company come out and they said we needed grounding work done and that we needed two electricians to do the job. They came out next day and did the electrical work and charged us 550.00. After the electrical work was performed the electricians called their office to have the hea

My family and I live in a split level home with three heating zones One of the zones, which uses radiant heatwas not working and the temperature dropped to degrees The NJR employee who answered my phone call for service was very sympathetic that morning, just after 6am, while taking down my information and scheduling an appointment An excellent service technician named Al arrived shortly after 9am He was very thorough in his questing and testing to understand and then quickly resolve the problem
