Review: On July 3rd, 2014 I was given an estimate to have 4 locks installed in my security doors at [redacted]. The labor was to be $75 and I paid a deposit of $40 The invoice I paid charged $234.96 for 4 locks at $39.99 each plus labor. The prices on the actual package for the locks was $29.99 and I was not given credit for my $40 deposit. I am due an $80 refund.
$39.99 X 4 = $234.96
$29.99 X 4= $119.96
That is a difference of $40 plus the $40 deposit I was not given credit for having paid in advance is $80 I was overcharged.Desired Settlement: I would like my $80 refund for the $40 deposit I paid and the $40 I was overcharged for the locks
