We've been in the Valley for 8 years now and have had multiple service technicians work on our heating & air conditioning systems. I have found Nick to be prompt, courteous, honest and helpful in determining what we needed to do to keep our systems up and functional. Our A/C went out at 9:00 pm 7/1. Nick called me back within 1/2 hour. I told him it was okay if he came out in the morning. Nick and his team arrived before 7:00 am. Luckily it was minor and our A/C was working by 7:30 am. He didn't even charge us for a service call or labor since we have him do regular maintenance. Not many companies provide such great customer service!!

Service was good experience as they updated me on time of arrival and went right to work on checking units. I was expecting that they might recommend a lot more work or even new units, however, the report was an honest assessment of the units. The one defective minor part that needed repair and change was shown to me before replacement. Right now, I would call them for any further issues and yearly checkups.

Nick was great. We had an emergency on a Sunday. Left him a mesage and he called back very quickly. He came out, looked at our ac, figured it out and gave us a price, which I thought was fair. He had the parts on the truck and had it running in about an hour. Everything is still running great.
I will continue to use him for all of my hvac needs.

We go back about 10 years with Nick. And never a moment we felt let down. He was always able to work us into his schedule and get us working. But basically I appreciate his semi-annual check-ups and his maintenance of my heating and air conditioning system.

Just had AC Team to our house to check AC units for summer operation. Kevin is very easy to work with, will answer any of your questions regarding operation of your units. He found a capacitor that was dangling free in one of the air handling units and replaced it free of charge. He thoroughly checked all units for operation. Cleaned out the evaporative coils and demonstrated all operating correctly. Left a clean work area and his pricing was very reasonable. Can't go wrong with the AC Team!

When my heater stopped working, I called The AC Team. Nick showed up promptly as scheduled and diagnosed the problem within five minutes. He quickly fixed a wiring issue and after a quick check of the overall unit, he also found a defective capacitor. He suggested it be replaced, but gave me the option of waiting to replace it until spring. He was efficient and honest! I will always use this company in the future!
