Review: I signed up for a CPC course, and the course material received. I then wanted to speak with course tutor to introduce myself and to go through the (vague) course materials.
The Academy would not provide me with telephone contact details of my tutor, nor a verifiable biography ([redacted]). I am totally unconvinced that the tutor actually exists.
I Emailed ABS on ** July asking about whether they are a legitimate business (which I doubt they are), insisting that I receive full verifiable details of the business and my course tutor or otherwise provide me with a full course refund ($10,000). It is two months later, and have still not had any reply from them.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $10,000
