The Accessory Den

Review: I saw a charge of $150 on my [redacted] bill, indicating the merchant was "Accessory Den, **" and listed a toll-free number, which I have verified on the Revdex.com site is the correct telephone number for this company. Since I didn't recognize the charge, I called the number (twice) and (1) against my wishes had to listen to a promotion for a Medical Alert device. I pressed "0" hoping to get an operator, but to no avail. I hung up and dialed again, this time answered "no" to the question about a senior living in the home, and this time got a congratulations message that I had won an all -expense paid trip to the [redacted], etc. Again, I tried pressing "0" and what I got was a message that I needed to press the star key, enter my phone number and an operator would call me back right away (collect call charges will apply)! I am unable to speak with anyone at Accessory Den to ascertain whether the charge was correct or not. It sure sounds like some kind of a scam company. I will contest the credit card charge, but am filing this report as well.Desired Settlement: Is the same as the desired settlement - but primarily I want to alert other consumers that this company appears to be one with which no one should be doing business!
