After a joint investigation was conducted by both Apex
Development and *** Heating and Cooling it was affirmed
that ***
Heating and Cooling inadvertently installed a ton HVAC system instead of the
ton HVAC system that was contracted by Apex Development
*** Heating and Cooling has acknowledged this mistake
and has agreed to replace the ton HVAC with the ton HVAC at no cost to the
homeownerThe homeowner, Mr*** ***, has been contacted by both Apex
Development and *** Heating and Cooling and he is aware of the plans to
correct the error that was made by *** Heating and Cooling of SC
Please confirm receipt of this response and advise me on any
further information and/or documentation you need to close this case with a
positive result

Hopeful this will correct the deficiency problem of the a/c unit. I also mention the two other problems to Mr. [redacted] when I meet him in my home on 7/14: 1) insufficient heating and cooling for two guest bed rooms and leaking of refrigerant during the year. He promises that he will fix these problems if they still exist after the replacement of the undersized condenser.
