I am renting a house with a pool and don't know anything about pools I called Loren's to get advice and someone to help open and service the poolI paid Loren's $to open the poolI had to call them back a few days after they opened it because the filter wasn't working and the pool was left greenThey refused to come out again, saying that they weren't accepting new customersI was out $with nothing but a swamp to show for itI finally reached a reliable pool companyWhen they came out they said the filter hadn't even been cleaned and was missing a valveThey couldn't believe I paid $for someone to leave it like thatHorrible!

Service is horrible They do not show up when they are suppose to and then when you call you are greeted with a very rude employee who is more than happy to not help at all
It seems to me they feel they have enough business they really don't care if people drop them or not They really need some competition in the area

Company used sub-standard staffing to maintain pool and spa, on numerous occasions leaving equipment running or turned off when should be running. Poor customer service.
