Review: Ordered custom skates. Paid deposit of $250.00 Check #[redacted] dated 10/**/2013. Check has been cashed. Skates ordered through local [redacted] representative [redacted] at [redacted]. Skates not properly fabricated returned to vender via their representative [redacted]. Never received new pair as promised on 02/**/2014 email. Multiple emails requesting refund of the deposit from the local representative or [redacted], [redacted] or [redacted] have not been successful. Phone messages not returned from [redacted] corporate offices.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $250.00 paid.

Review: I have purchased two pairs of custom built ice skates from Klingbeil that both tore apart on the insides. I paid $215 for the repair of the first pair and was told by a company representative that the second pair would be repaired free of charge and they would cover the shipping cost back to me. However after several delays and misinformation from the representatives at Klingbeil, they are now telling me that I must pay $176.86 to ship them to me.Also the original pair that I paid $215 to be repaired were returned to me with a tear in the back. Klingbeil only told me that they will repair the second pair and nothing about the one that was not correctly repaired.Desired Settlement: I would like them to either refund the cost of the repair or to repair them for free. Preferably a refund would be the best option as there is no guarantee that they will be returned in a satisfactory condition.

Review: I ordered an Aimee Kestenberg backpack from the Adoni Group on June * through their web site, [redacted] (They maintain different web sites for several brands.) When the backpack arrived, the color was significantly different from the way it was depicted on the site. I have been trying to get in touch with them to either exchange or return the backpack to no avail. I have emailed them, completed the "contact us" form on the site, left several voice messages, and even tweeted Aimee Kestenberg directly but have had no luck. At this point, I just want to return it and get my money back.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like to return the backpack for a full refund.

Review: I bought two pairs of boots in mid october and over the course of a month I emailed and called countless times to inquire the status and confirmation of delivery. they wrote back, with always the same response, "the product is on its way give us a couple more days." its been over a month later still no tracking number of delivery and no response from the company to reassure me the product that I paid for was on its way.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed and I want a written note explaining why I never received the boots. I would like some accountability

Review: To whom it may concern,I bought this hat on their website and they said it was made in NYC, but when I got the item it is made in china. When you look at their website it say made in NYC. I tried returning the product because it was misleading and they had said that I cannot return the product.Desired Settlement: I would like them to Refund me $85.00 and they should not say that their item is made in NYC

Review: I ordered a very expensive pair of custom pair of skating boots in early november. the company provided an inferior 'custom' product that did not meet their expected quality. I sent product back for repairs, they had obviously not done the work at all. I had to send product back a second time mid February.. customer service has been unavailable for months and if we're reached via email or phone, representative was short and even irritated. I provided much detailed information from my end and was never satisfactorily corresponded with. I sent the product back a second time. after almost 2 months of the company not responding they told me the product was received on April *. I was never allowed to speak to a technician. at the end of april, still trying to confirm the repairs were done and patiently awaiting shipment back to me, in response to my inquiry via email, they tell me my boots were never received. THEN come to find out they shipped early march to the wrong address. still no product or service here. company will not provide a name of person i'm dealing with via email and will not answer the phone or call me back.Desired Settlement: at this point I just want my money back. a full refund. it is obvious they have absolutely no concern for satisfied customers or response OR resolution of all the issues encountered. due to the lies and excessive time spent waiting, and complete disregard- I do not trust the quality of the product.

Review: I placed an order on April [redacted], 2014 on this website for a pair of shoes. The order number is [redacted]. It said it takes 15 work days to deliver my order. But until today, July [redacted], 2014, my order is still not yet shipped. I sent an email to require the shippment on May [redacted], their answer was "they need a few more days". But then no news at all. I tried to call the number they show on the website, only machine answers. I sent many emails then, and till now, no explaination, no shippment. The important thing is, they already charged my credit card long time ago. Now I don't want my shoes, I only need my money back. They really pissed me off. They are not just bad service, they can be called "cheater" now.Desired Settlement: I need my USD398 credited back to my card.
