I am rejecting this response because: the product worked for 5 minutes and then malfunctioned because it is faulty.  The sales associate told me that the warranty is easy and they will keep sending replacements if the product breaks.  The warranty of this...

product is a "sham" because I must first write them a money order and then additionally pay to mail the defective product to them.  Furthermore, the warranty only guarantees one replacement.  What kind of warranty is that??  I spent $145 at this store, The Adult Store should accept more responsibility than just offering me 40% discount on my next purchase.  I will never step foot in this store again, as they have given me the opposite of pleasure-- stress.

Review: I bought two vibrators from The Adult Store on Lower State St. in Santa Barbara. These items were "guaranteed" with a 1 year warranty. Both products that I purchased do not work at all and I am very upset to spend $64.99 on two worthless products. The 1 year warranty that I was promised turned out to be faulty. Additionally, the sales associate at this store promised an exchange if I was unhappy with the product. Well, both the products do not work at all so I called the store to be advised on what to do next as the 1 year warranty on the product was faulty. When I called the store, the male associate was very rude and didn't provide any intelligent way of explaining the store policy. He numbly stated that they can't do anything to "help me out." I am very upset to spend $145.99 at a store on worthless products that were "guaranteed" to work. I was lied to and cheated. This store, their products and their lying staff, make up a horrible business, in my book.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for both $64.99 products that I purchased.
