We had cracks in our driveway, garage, front porch and patio areas We contacted company and Jonathan Wcame to give us estimate He showed us a video of the new technology used to stabilize our areas and fill the cracks He also told us there is a 5-year Warranty We scheduled an appointment thru Denise (office administrator), to do just that Sam, Austin and crew did the work and I must say, worked hard and efficiently during the hottest heat of summer I would definitely recommend this professional company, Master Dry, and each employee involved in every area

Our experience with Master Dry was nothing but positive They gave us an inspection in timely manner and the work was done the following week Both the inspector, Jonathan Wand the crew, Sam S.and James Warrived at the promised times Following the work, the crew replaced the furniture on the front porch and cleaned up We would definitely recommend this company and would use them again

We received a quote from them in March Jonathan was very professional, answered all our questions, and had a very reasonable priceAfter our visit, we decided to sign a contract with themThey scheduled us for the week of May 23, That week that we were scheduled, we called them because we hadn't heard from themWe were told that our project was being delayed a week due to rainWe called them the following week and were told that we were being pushed out another week because of it being a holiday weekNow we are weeks behind and we have to call them multiple times at the beginning of week of being delayed and finally get a return callThey tell us that our concrete project "is no longer in their scope" so they wouldn't be doing the work for usWe waited for months for them to decide they were not going to do the workCancelling a project that you have already agreed to do and have signed a contract is extremely unprofessional, considering there were no issues with us willing to pay and being available for them to start the project!!
I hired Master Dry to install a radon mitigation system in my home in Kingsport, TN The sales person, Jeff, was able to sell me on the company by stressing their focus on customer service and "doing the job right", as well as his overall professionalism Well, I'm now waiting to schedule my third appointment to try to finish this system Contrary to the literature and my communication with the sales person, the installation crew was not able to install the external pipe using a roof penetration to improve the appearance of the system, citing that they were not roofers and did not feel comfortable doing that kind of installation While this is not a huge issue for me, I do think that it is dishonest to advertise a service option that they cannot deliver John, the installation foreman, installed the system as scheduled, but could not reach an electrician to complete the installation and wire the fan John and his helper cleaned up the job site and left, informing me that another appointment may have to be scheduled for an electrician to complete the installation After several calls to Master Dry customer service, an electrician, Craig, later showed up that same evening to wire the fan, but made it clear that he had never installed a Radon system himself, and could not tell me about how the system worked or what level of vacuum that it should pull He did not have a vacuum gauge (manometer) with him to finish the installation, so another appointment had to be set up John (original installer) showed up with a gauge the following evening (Appointment #2), but stated that he had never installed a gauge himself--an experienced electrician had typically done this in the past As John tried to install the gauge, I pulled up the installation instructions for the gauge via a Google search, and it became clear that the installation was incorrect, and the operation of the gauge as relayed by John's supervisor to him was also incorrect John agreed that the gauge installation was clearly incorrect, and I am now waiting for a third appointment to be scheduled to replace the section of pipe where the gauge was incorrectly installed and to install a new gauge While Master Dry has been willing to keep coming back to fix the work, I don't think that this should have been necessary One of their stated goals on their web page is: "Make "Do it right the first time" our commitment as a team and our only way of doing business." This has certainly not been my experience with this company
I am also concerned about the quality of my system installation, as Master Dry has obviously not provided adequate training to their installers I would certainly advise others to steer clear of Master Dry for Radon Mitigation, and instead use a company who has more experience and has provided better training to their employees

Master Dry did a fantastic job on my home. They were honest with their quote and did not try and pressure me into any decisions. They quoted a price and that's what I paid. They did not leave me waiting. They told me exactly when they would be at my home. They completed the job in the time they said they would and they cleaned the side of my house in which hey we're working when they were done. I couldn't have been happier with the results.
This company installed helical piers for my foundation in Jamestown, TN. They were diligent and knowledgeable workers who got the job done in a professional manner.
