This shop preys on the elderly and they have no sense of pride in their craft they simply want to suck up your cash and never correct your problem.I will never recommend them to anyone in fact I will steer all my friends away from this seedy place.I realize the Revdex.com has no authority to shut them down,I just want everyone to beware of these low life crooks
Mr. [redacted], on May 30,2014, he visit Mia shop for A/C problems on his 05 Ford Explorer, his vehicle was diagnose by one of my top technicians. The diagnose was as fallow, sys has to much high...
pressure, indication of restriction on orifice tube (filter).
Estimate was $29.99 AC service check, $19.50 for orifice tube and 65 evacuate & recharge system, at this point costumer agree to repairs, after repair was completed A/C system was operating properly.
On May 31, costumer came back stating that A/C not working, technician diagnose vehicle, to verified our repairs, but this time his problem was electrical, a false connection at A/C compressor connector, technician cleaned connector and got it working costumer was told what the issue was and there was no charge for work done or diagnose fee, even do it was a totally different issue than the previous work performed by our shop.
June 2, 2014, Mr. [redacted] was back with no A/C, at diagnose, Mr. [redacted] was taken to shops bay for him to be witness to his current problem. With Mr. [redacted] in front of the technician, he show costumer where the problem was and by touching A/C compressor connector, system started working properly, it was explained to Mr. [redacted] that connector was built in A/C compressor and needed to be replace, Mr. [redacted] with a bad attitude, turn around and walk away back to office, there he encourage other costumers to get out of my shop because we where scammers, comment that me as shop owner didn't appreciate. How ever in my company we try our best to satisfied our costumers and we where going to apply a credit for the amount already spent by Mr. [redacted] to the replacement of A/C compressor.
Mr. [redacted] also stated that his vehicle was diagnosed by another shop, saying that problem was a loose fuse & top off system. For Mr. [redacted] knowledge, any certified technician at a reputable shop they make $20-25 per hour and pound of Freon is average or $15 and he claim to paid $12 for repair, this is a little hard to believe and make me think, Is his problem really solve???
I feel bad for Mr. [redacted] attitude to our shop, we try our best to solve our costumers problems in the best manner possible.
