We have received the client’s complaint and have been making efforts to contact the client on the phone in order to discuss the status of her case and reach a mutually agreeable resolution.  We were able to speak with the client today(7/29/2015) and during that conversation we updated the...

client on the status ofher case and the steps that are needed to be taken with [redacted].  When we spoke with the client today, she also indicated to us that as a result of her benefit approval, she has started receiving payments from [redacted]. As with any dealings with [redacted], working through post-award issues can be challenging and time consuming, so we understand our client’sfrustrations and will continue to advocate on her behalf until all issues are resolved.  We will update the client, as well as the Revdex.com, as we make progress until a satisfactory result is reached.

[I haven't heard from The Advocator Group since 3/2/17, after I called them and they said they would call back, and never did. After making this complaint here at the Revdex.com 2 days ago, I suddenly received a call today. I called back within a minute and went through what I always go through, the person answering didn't know who called or why. I asked for the first caller by the name he left on my voicemail, "[redacted]", but wasn't connected to him. This other guy "pulled up my account" and started asking me questions they should already know the answer to such as, "did you receive your disability yet". These are all things I had to handle with social security on my own and are already done, because the Advocator Group didn't help me one bit, although that's what they were hired by me to handle. Today's phone call with them was useless and angered me even more. I just want my $6000.00 back.]
