The Aesthetic Spa

Review: I have a Gift card for the Aesthetic Spa for $35. I called the Aesthetic Spa today to make an appointment and was told the Aesthetic Spa gift card was only good through tomorrow (July 31), and the $35 could only be used for 1/2 the amount of my services. I was told that I would have to purchase $70 worth of services to use my $35 gift card. The new owner is Robin and she's doing this as a courtesy. The previous owner is [redacted], and the phone # given for him is [redacted]. He was the owner when the gift card was issued.Desired Settlement: Determine who has to repay the $35 for this gift card. The employee stated that the gift cards were issued with the former owner, [redacted] and not with the current owner, [redacted]. How do I get my $35 back? I do not want to go back to the Aesthetic Spa for any more services with [redacted].
