On Wednesday, June 18th, I met with *** *** in order to locate our ex-son-in-law as we had been unsuccessful since January to serve him with paperwork to proceed for our daughter's husband to adopt our grandson I received a call from *** *** on Friday, June 20th around AM that they had located our ex-son-in-law and served him with the paperwork In less than hours we had resolution that we had attempted for months We could not be any happier with The Agency, Inc.'s service

I was very apprehensive, being that this was my first experience utilizing a private investigator service However, John explained what services his agency would provide for the price I could afford John, came up with a game plan as well as explained to me how he would compile evidence for my case As the investigation was underway, John kept me abreast of what his team was doing and even had a tracking device installed on the subject's car in order for me to view the locations Overall, I was satisfied with the results and the response time whenever I contacted him about the surveillance If you are looking for a great rate and excellent results, I recommend utilizing The Agency and ask for John!

I've been suspecting my husband of cheating for along time and when confronted, he always denied it. I finally mustered the courage and called The Agency. Their service was top notch and I was informed and updated every time something new came up. They provided me with videotaped evidence of my husband cheating on me with one of his coworkers.They were diligent and very professional. They gathered enough information for me to show my husband and needless to say, it made the divorce process a lot smoother for me. I would highly recommend The Agency they did an amazing job!!

Review: I hired the company to investigate infidelity. They were spotted within hours of starting the investigation. I told them at that time to stop investigating and end our contract. They charged me $1500 for 3 hours of surviellance and I even had to remove the [redacted] off of the vehicle. I spoke with the owner and he stated he would give me some of the money back, but that was the last time he ever took a call from me or returned an email. To this date, he has not returned a call or email from me or returned any of the money from his botched investigation. I did receive a video of the surviellance that had 10 hours of video of a parking lot and a fence where his investigator hung out waiting for the x wifes vehicle to move from the home after he was seen by the x wife. This company is a scam. They are inept at investigations and have no respect for the customers they serve.Desired Settlement: I would like $750 of the $1500 paid for the botched investigation.
