I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I would still caution anyone from doing business with this company as now they are stating that they did not receive cancellation from us in writing, when previously they stated that they do not accept cancellation in writing, that it has to be done by email or phone Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com spoke to Daniel at business and the following was relayed: The company feels the customer’s complaint does not hold
credibility due to false statements. Accounts Receivable states that
there was no rudeness or aggression in the questioning of the invoice
that was due. We have dealt with...
