My experience yesterday was a carbon copy of the previous complaintHis name was [redacted] , last name beginning with Sci?r?; that was all I could make out from his badgeI did not notice any gun permit, but I donâ t have the best eyesight He was surly and rude from the minute I opened the door: Marched into and through my house heading toward the kitchen without waiting for me to lead the wayHe unhesitatingly opened the doors of freezer and refrigeratorImmediately he said I needed a new motor; I asked how he knew that since the sound was all right to meHis answer was he knew what he was doing, and he did not have to explain to meIt became clear that he allowed no questions At some point he referred to customers, so I asked him whether that meant that I was not normal, and he said, yes, that I was notAt that point the only reason I did not throw him out was that I desperately needed to have the refrigerator back in order Without asking me, he took paper towels out from under the sink cabinet, and entered my pantry to take a coffee cup without askingHe ORDERED me to provide him with more paper towels, and he ORDERED me to boil two pots of water When he left I had a mess of wet paper towels in my sink to clean upThe floor was also wet and dirty when he left The company also goes by the name of Sub Zero Miami, phone (XXX) XXX-XXXX

Last Saturday morning our Whirlpool refrigerator had stopped coolingWe tried to contact Whirlpool about the problem however they had told us that the earliest appointment for someone to come out to check out the problem would be the following ThursdayIn a desperate attempt to solve the problem as quickly as possible a looked on line for a 24/AC Repair company and found the AC Refrigeration ExpertsI called and they said that someone would be out to see us between 11:00am & 1:00pm The repair man (and I use this term loosely) showed up 1:15pmHe was very intimidating in his appearance and walked in with an attitude being very rude He came into the kitchen looked at the refrigerator and asked, "What is the problem" we said the fridge is not coolingHe said oh is the power boardI said but it has power the light goes on, don't you want to look at the power board and check if it's okay or not? my husband will help you to move the fridge forward so you can check it He said "No I don't have to look at it I know what it is" He then went back out to his truckAt that time I picked up the Whirlpool manual and proceeded to look up the trouble shooting sectionBy pushing two buttons down at the same time for seconds it activated the power again and the fridge has been working fine sinceWhen we told him that the refrigerator had restarted he said "Oh really!" That will be $He wrote on the invoice that he had found a faulty electrical board, which was a lie because he never check it to begin with! I tried to contact the company eight times to complain about what had happened and no one ever called me back at one point they put me on hold and never picked up the phone againBEWARE!!! They are scammers!

The other reviews say it all! On there invoice it states "Honest & Polite " this is dark humor at its bestThis is a little man in pain.I wont bore you with the details,find another vendor

Horrible service, borderline scam
My KitchenAid fridge stop cooling so I called themWorst decision everThe phone operator was not rude, but not polite eitherI should've known thenThe technician was a ver polite man, whom I believe was interested in solving the problem, he just was not the right man for the jobHe lacked the skills and/or knowledge required to fix my fridgeThey charge me $to fix a leak and change the freon
That did not solve the problemDay2, he says that the system needs more freon, adds freonNothing
Day 3, says he needs to vacuum pump the line, does that, nothing happenedThe he said the filter needed to be changed and supposedly did itThe fridge was worst
Later that night a representative from the company called me saying that the problem was that my compressor was broken and that they needed to replace itThat would cost me an extra $At which point I ask for my money back, he was very rude in saying that I don't understand refrigeration (of course I don't that's why I called them)I asked how is it that he was able to diagnose my problem without setting foot on my kitchen while the man who actually spent several hours there did not arrive to that conclusionHe offered to send a new technician to look at itI refuse, put a stop payment on the check and hopefully won't here from them again
Called a different technician, he charged me $and fix the problem at the first attemptThe first technician never changed the filter by the way, it had the one that came from the factory
Worst experience ever

I agree with all, on the phone they said they would be here in minutes and the cost would be $for labor to fix my LG refrigerator, the service man fooled around for a while and replaced a relay switch which got it workingHe the said he had to go to the warehouse and get a new one and would be back in minutes, he returned hours laterIt was working fine and then he gave me a bill for over $600, I told him it was suppose to be $plus the $part, he told me to give him $and he would take the $relay switch out
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

DO NOT contact this company. Fraud, Scam, and Totally Bogus ... Terrible service, completely unprofessional, . The only thing they want is to "take a look" then try to take your money for doing NOTHING. The dumbest service guy possible shows up, in an unmarked van mind you... parks down the street from my house, no idea why, and doesn't do what I called them out to do, actually refuses to do it... Tells me it can be taken care of at a later date, (Then why did they send you mn?!?!). After flat out telling me he is not going to do the job, he goes to get an invoice... Then expects me to pay him for being there two minutes and flat out telling me he IS NOT going to do the job. The guy answering the phone is exactly as described in the statements above, rude with a smart mouth comment or two. Same story with the tech that came out, talks to me like i'm an mn, when I knew exactly what I wanted done, regular A/C service. Tells me "a lot of customers think they know", when I told him I was very clear over the phone as to what I wanted. This mn had no intention of doing the work, said it would take hours to complete (How is that my problem?!), all the while I waited at least 2.5hours for the dummy to get there in the first place... After taking a few of his wise a** comments I tell him I will not pay him and to leave my house immediately. He responds with foul language and more dumba** comments, I tell him to get his boss on the phone, he refuses and proceeds to pull out a wad of cash saying he doesn't need my money and begins to use foul language and threaten me. FYI, TOTAL LOSER this guy, tall lanky skinny ugly dude with big ears and a clueless look on his face, I doubt he works at all when called out to a job, he was obviously there with the sole intention to take my money for doing nothing... I tell him to get far away from my property and as he does he proceeds to threaten my family, myself, and all of a sudden he is super tough guy from far away... Lowlife, Thief, Sg, NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY. They should absolutely be investigated, shutdown, and prosecuted!!! There's no telling how many people they scam on a daily basis. Judging by the wad of cash that this billy bada** pulled out they do this on the regular and the people of Miami are getting ripped off. SHUT THEM DOWN and prosecute these LOSERS.. If I could rate them far below Negative and LESS than Zero... I definitely would in addition to pressing charges and anything else to get these Sg of the earth low life mn off the street.

It is really bad service that this company offers. I had a problem with the ice maker of my fridge and they came really quickly. They quoted $420 dollars to fix it, which I thought it was expensive but they said they needed to replace the whole part. They fixed it and it worked for almost 2 months. When it failed I called them again, and they said they needed another part which was going to be another $400. Needless to say I went with a legitimate service provider who did fix it for $50.
Really, really bad, stay away from these guys.... They will try to take advantage of good honest people
