Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I appreciate the explanation from the company, review of the complaint and offer to refund us for the unsatisfactory service provided on 7/16/ I will await response and let you know if I hear otherwiseThank you, Mr& Mrs [redacted]

The following email was sent on August 15, and no response or contact from the company has been made The email/contact us link on their website is currently disabled To whom it may concern, We had our ducts cleaned & AC serviced by your company on Saturday, 7/16/Unfortunately, it's been a few weeks & we can't seem to tell any difference in the air quality of our homeWe felt it was strange that not one of the air duct covers were removed during the cleaning processWe were not offered any visual inspection or before and after photos of the supply ducts &/or area of where the dust/debris was collected We also ended up paying additional for the AC tune up and refrigerant/coolant addedWe were told there was a leak, but the leak was never found, nor a gage or proof showing it's before and after levelsThe cleaning equipment was hauled in the back of an unmarked pick up truck and the service technician was an hour late for our AM appointment(He lat

It's extremely unfortunate this occurred We had to let the person scheduling and the technician go I'll reach out to the home owners and send them a check for a full refund I understand this is very disappointing for them, but we feel the same here

Thats one of the most ridiculous and irresponsible response I have heard from a Business Owner - Why as a consumer should I go talk to a Subcontractor ? Jimmy came out to do dryer vent cleaning, which was long overdueHe arrived early and did the work in only about a half hourHe was polite and respectfulHe shared a lot of good information about the company's equipment and the cleaning processI was very pleased with the service and the cost
