I made purchase of a rifle that was to be produced in September. After waiting, the production date was being pushed back due to FFL renewal. I was still waiting for a few weeks before I requested a cancellation and refund. I was informed that the cancellation and refund would be processed. This was in December. I still havent received a product or a refund. I have contacted the business multiple times with no response.
