I am unsure of the resolution and the statements in the response are false
I was NEVER contacted by Alarm Guys by phone or mailPlease provide a copy of the invoices and recorded calls I was told were available
I couldn't have been past due in February since that was when my 1st bill was due(My account was open in December)
I never hung up on anyoneI was treated unprofessionally from the time I initiated the conversationNot once did anyone confirm my bank account or routing numberInstead I was accused of putting a "block" on my accountI spoke worth my bank who confirmed there's no block and an error occurs when information is entered incorrectly
My alarm remained active, I was never billed or contacted, so I never knew my bill was not being paid by direct debit per contact agreement
I can not afford to pay months in full due to their error so I need to know if collections will persist and how we will resolve this

This is false information due to The Alarm Guys HAVE Already Picked THE equipment 6 months after we tried resolving directly with them. My daughter did not do anything they are stating. It was there employees that have been doing others wrong too. I can get others to let you know. They took even the alarm that was there already.

The PARTIAL un-install of the alarm system took place on 8/7/2013 in which our technician was kicked out of the home and not allowed to remove all of the equipment. The reason we dispatched was to pick up our equipment due to the account canceling for 6-months of unpaid service. Per the 5 year agreement you signed. Mr. [redacted] this alone is a breach of the contract.
We attempted to work with you (the customer) and remove the system / work out a final buyout agreement from 8/7/13 to 4/2014. Our offers were met with Mr. [redacted]'s daughter calling our office multiple times threatening legal action and asking for personal information of employees. Since no resolution could be found the customer was sent to collections in 4/2014 for breach of contract due to 6 months non-payment. We feel that after being given 6 months to make good on his breach of contract you have not responded to our letters in kind and thus we had to send you to collections. Please contact Hillcrest Davidson Collections going forward to resolve this situation and have the action against your credit resolved.

The Alarm Guys have replaced my monitor and the alarm system is back up and running with my original provider. I no longer have a hole in my wall.
However, I now have a $348 fine for a false alarm from 01/28/2015. After the false alarm occurred, I contacted the Alarm Guys to come take a look at my system because it kept chiming in and saying front door and would ask me if I was okay. The Alarm Guys came to my home and found a faulty front door contact sensor and replaced it at no charge.
They are now denying paying the fine when clearly their technician replaced the front door contact due to faulty sensor.
I am requesting for payment of the false alarm fine of $348.

We did not install any new sensors in the initial install we used the existing Honeywell sensors in the home. We replaced an existing faulty Honeywell sensor with a new Interlogix sensor. Therefore it was not our equipment that caused the false alarm. If you were a current customer of ours we could help out with the false alarm fee caused by existing faulty Honeywell equipment but you cancelled our service so there is nothing we can do.

Sending a crossed out work form used by one of works with handwritten conditions upon which the contract would be cancel, without a signature of any form, is not my idea of an official confirmation that my contract has been cancelled.
What you sent is unacceptable. Next Time you send some one for your workers to pick up your equipment make sure he brings the original contract void and signed. It is then that you will get your equipment and your money. Please let us be professionals.
I spoke to you on Tuesday 11/4 and informed you that your equipment had been removed and was ready for you to pick up any time you were ready to give confirmation of the contract cancelation.
When you present me with the original contract void, signed and dated. I will happily turn over to you your remote, cell unit and checks. Not before.
That which you sent today is totally unacceptable.

This company started a contract with me. It consisted of an alarm system with a fee of $199 that was to be divided over for monthly payments. And a $68 a month. On the first they charge me $118 then they followed up with another $199 fee. And then they charge me another $49 within three weeks. I contacted them they said that they would send me a check out this it's been over 2 1/2 weeks ago still no check. I have tried to cancel this they are not returning my calls . This company that's not honor it's agreements. Please check their [redacted] to find more problems that they've had.

The customer did not understand the terms of the written contract they signed. After many attempts to reason with the customer and come to agreeable terms the customer was not willing to work with us so we canceled the agreement and uninstalled the system.

Per phone conversation with The Alarm Guys they will refund my money and pick up their equipment. We asked for ck first then they could have equipment. we asked for disaplinary action and they said that the guys that came out were independent contractors. so they couldnt do anything. That is not satisfactory. These guys committed FRAUD and they represent The Alarm Company. They sent a guy out to pick up equipment but didnt have ck so we told the guy he would have to make an appt. and bring us ck We have not heard back. It has been about 5 days. I am still furious about this. and also extremely upset that they stole my bank information and were able to take money out of my account much less coming into my home posing as MY alarm people and changing the system to a different monetoring company. I believe compensation is due me. I am a disabled senior and feel we were targeted. This needs to stop. The only other people that had my info was Skyline Security in Downey so they need to have their information protected so these so called contractors can no have access. Something needs to be done so this stops and no others have to deal with this. My anxiety level is through the roof. Please help.
