I am rejecting this response because:
I did not accuse Ms. "[redacted]" of operating without a license.  The issue was her vile email to me in response to my yelp review, and her slanderous comments on yelp (and now here) regarding my mental health, which has never been an issue.  I accept not receiving a refund, as I chose to cancel the last two waxings in my series.  I have hired an attorney and will proceed that way.  Thank you.

Service thereafter. However, on the second to the last wax I text her asking if she could come 30 minutes later. Unbeknownst to her, I had not eaten and it was almost 2,30. As par for her difficult nature, she said she couldn't and so I saw her at the scheduled time. Review: This woman runs a waxing and facials business out of her home. Clients are waxed, often naked from the waist down, in her dining room, right next to her kitchen, and sometimes with her teenaged son in the next room. She charges random prices (you don't know what you will be charged until she decides after each service, at which point she comes up with a price for a series of visits). I found her to be very unprofessional and posted a review stating as much on Yelp. Today, I received an inflammatory email from her, including attacks on my family, and using information that I disclosed to her in confidence about my family when I first became a client. I feel completely violated and threatened by her, and now realize it appears she is also operating without a business license? I paid $210 for a series of three visits and was too uncomfortable to return for the second and third visits of the series. I asked her for a refund and she said she does not provide refunds. I asked if I could use the credit for products (which she sells) and she said no.Desired Settlement: I'd like my money refunded, but I also just want the Revdex.com to know that this practice -- including violating confidentiality and harassing and threatening clients -- is taking place in this business.
