I contracted Roof America to rebuild my chimney crown, and to remove and install ice/water shield along the roof flashing and replaceThe chimney contractor was EXELLENT! his work was very professional, and he was very respectful of our propertyThe flashing project was less than desired, so I contacted the owner, He came out, looked at it and told me this is NOT how we do thingsTurned out the crew apparently did not receive the right communication about what needed to be doneHe said, we are going to fix this so your are happy with it and the project will not be done unless you areWell he was right, they came in and did over and beyond what was contracted, plus I asked if the roofer if he could spot paint while he was up there and they did! I am 150% satisfiedthe finished project is way more than I expectedIf you want your roofing done right (no BS) these guys will not be satisfied until you are 100% happy with itI would hire these guys again in a heartbeat if I had too!
Roof of America recently replaced our wind damaged roof and did an outstanding job The owner and crew are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, helpful (especially when dealing with the insurance company) and practice the highest professional standards They used the best materials, paid attention to details, did not cut corners, followed through on all of their promises and always kept our best interests in mind We have the highest regard for Roof of America and strongly recommend them

Was sitting on the porch one day and Tyler P(a salesman) for Roof America stopped and told me
about my roof and asked did I know that there was damage on my roof Yes, I already did, but
was going to wait until fall to get it repaired because of the heat that the roofers would have to
work under in those conditions We already had a company that gave us an estimate last year and
that is who we were going to choose Tyler came up and talked to me a while, and while listening
to him speak about how they worked with the insurance companies, as I know most if not all did
But I knew nothing about Roof America, and of course we were very leery Tyler told me to
check them out Said they had reviews with the Revdex.com I thought, OK, I'll check you out
Upon reading the reviews I was feeling much more comfortable with this company
Within a few days, insurance adjuster was out, and then Tyler brought some shingles for us
to pick out Each and every step of the way, Tyler was thereHe explained everythingHe was here the day that
the roofers showed up, and then came back a few times during the day And then again, when
they were finished We couldn't be happier Roof looks great We had a leak in our chimney,
and that seems to be repaired completely The whole process from beginning to end was an
easy transition Would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to call them We will soon
need our garage roof replaced and Roof America is going to be our 1st choice Thank you

After the weather cleared in early April their brick mason did an excellent job in replacing the brick and chimney cap The next day they replaced the flashing around the chimney on the upper and lower roofThey did an excellent job and I couldn't be more pleasedI would recommend them to anybody
I was dealing with one company, but they never came backThen I got a knock on my doorIt was Roof AmericaThey worked with my insurance company, they kept in contact with me along the wayThen I get a call from the insurance company that they will replace my whole roof! No more mispatch roofIn two days, my roof was done, and my house has a totally different look! They had a great crew, always on time, and the clean up was great, you wouldn't know that a roof had been replaced
