To whom it may concern,
We received the complaint submitted to Revdex.com, ID ***. We are so very sorry for the debris that was blown onto the customers car. We have had the same janitors for many years and we have always had them sweep the parking lot
first thing in the morning when they arrive. Recently we purchased a leaf blower for them to use to make their job easier since it is such a large lot. Since receiving this complaint we have talked with them about making sure to clean the parking lot first thing in the morning and if there are any cars in the lot or parked on the street to use a broom instead of the blower. Thank you for bringing this to our attention since we were unaware it was a problemWe will continue to check in with them daily to make sure they are doing their job properly and not putting any cars at risk of any damage
