On March 6, 2020 The Apha Ink, LLC charged my *** card $1499.00 without my authorization. I have no contract with them giving them the right to extract money from me. We did talk on the phone several months ago about them doing a book trailer for me, and I gave them a down payment. However, I decided not to proceed, and forfeited my down payment. They asked me to sign a contract, but I didn't, since I chose to not use their services. It has been many months since that transpired. I am appalled to see on my credit card statement that they took money out without my permission.
