I am *** *** managing partner of The Alzheimer's Store,a family owned internet business that is dedicated to provide products to caregivers of those with Alzheimer's,dementia and memory loss.We have deal with *** of *** *** for many year and find their product ,Reminder
Rosie, and their service to be of the highest quality.We have found him to hold the business standards in high regardHis product is sold all over the world and on many major e tailing sites and that is difficult to do if you are of poor reputation.As soon as I heard of this complaint which was from Gary I called himHe admitted that it was an e mail that fell through the cracks,it happens.He offered to replace the device with out even seeing if it was damaged after months of use( which is not uncommon especially when dealing with a clientele that can be frustrated easily).The customer no longer trusted Gary to send the replacement or that the replacement would not eventually break.She insisted on her money back.I contacted the customer and was able to have her accept a new Reminder RosieBoth The Alzheimer's Store and Life Assist are dedicated to our clienteleOur web site, www.ALZSTORE.COM, has e chat,and number,e mail address of our service department as well as a direct e mail to me at Ask The Expert.We have many reviews and videos along with our Terms and Conditions policyWe try to provide the best service and are learning more from our customers everydayIt is not hard to contact us. Both Gary and I find this an unfortunate situation but it was resolved and it should not be a blemish on the service or the quality of the product.
