Tel: 865-Fax: 865- Re: ID I am responding to a letter sent to you from [redacted] : We did a cleaning on November 1, At approx 7:pm we received a call that oil was leakingOur technician was sent immediately Upon arrival the technician noted that there was laundry soap on floorThat the oil covered approximately 6” around filter by boiler ( [redacted] ***)Absorbing compound was applied and arrangements made for next day for our technician to revisit The following morning our technicians arrived and cleaned the area again around filter removing the old absorbing compound and putting and applied ordorgoneAn office employee went to the house with a fresh nose and noted no smell upstairs but there was still a smell of oil in basement This was reported to Mrs [redacted] At this point Mrs [redacted] stated her hands were burnt from the oil, she could no longer stay in the house because of the smell of oil all though the home, she was sick all that day, her carpet had oil through it and half the basement floor was covered in oil We felt that Mrs was overstating the extent of damage and we took the appropriate action and reported the matter to our insurer [redacted] from [redacted] and Associates visited the site and reported that there was minimal amount of leakage and oil had seeped by the filter under boiler Our insurance company’s adjuster [redacted] and Associates has been in contact with Mrs [redacted] several times via phone and emails (copy attached)As of December 7, it was reported to me that Mrs [redacted] has not responded to their request The Burner Guys Inc

I am rejecting this response because:As stated in the company’s insurance letter to me, for which no response was requested of me, they do not provide remediation services I already stated this in my complaintThe company damaged my homeTheir insurance company is not providing any cleaning services I have requested and shall state again that I would like this company to clean the mess they made in my homeTheir response to their disgraceful services is again truly bafflingThe fact that I even have to contact a third party to have these people do what is really quite shameful
