This is the note that appears with your blocked website every time I attempt to view it. I need to get a list of providers in my area so I can choose a dr.
When I input my information on your app, it tells me the birthdate or SSN is incorrect.
Thank you,
Connie G.

Garbage
It is cheaper to pay cash than to use their prescription drug coverage. They only pay $100 per day if you go to the hospital. Customer service is very rude and it is very hard to cancel. They are corrupt.

I called and left a message to speak to Victoria at her daytime number.  I can not find a name match for [redacted] from Idaho.[redacted]

The plan offered by EmployBridge is covered under section 125 of the IRS Code.  As a result, there are three ways to end coverage: 1) termination of employment, 2) failure to pay premiums, or 3) proof of other coverage.  [redacted], when he enrolled,  signed up to have his premiums paid from his credit card in the event that he did not work enough hours at his job.  1) Termination.  He had not resigned, so EmployBridge did not send over a termination of employment.  2) Failure to pay premium.  His premiums, as he authorized, were being deducted from the source he provided.3) Other coverage.  Mr. [redacted] and he had not acquired other coverage.  Based on IRS regulations, he was the only one that could control the end of his coverage by doing any one of the three items listed above.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Reply to Ms. [redacted] via email: [redacted]@yahoo.com Ms. [redacted], I reviewed your issue as expressed to the Revdex.com.  During your hiring process with EmployBridge they offered you optional medical insurance.  You elected, for yourself and your family, coverages on April 26th via your...

employers system.  During this process you elected 5 separate coverages and added your family information including SSN and dates of birth. (I am not providing the details here to protect your privacy).  The system provides the premium rates, effective dates and explains when ID cards will be mailed.  The system asks specific questions which require your response to acknowledge you are applying for insurance and providing accurate information. As a result of your voluntary enrollment,  we generated ID cards and mailed them to coincide with the effective date of your policy.  Your employer allows you to use and cancel your benefits for up to 30 days following the effective date.  You contacted us to cancel on 6/30 and we processed the cancellation that day.  The cancellation date is always a go forward date based on your payroll periods.  We cancelled the coverage on 6/30 and this generated a 7/10 end date.  Your 5 coverages were available to use by yourself or your family from the date of your call up to the 7/10 termination date.  I am sorry you did not elect to use your coverages for preventative benefits during that period.I am unable to justify refunding your premium.[redacted]

We have worked with the employer to cancel the benefits back to 1/1/17.   This resulted in a refund processed by the employer.   Ms. [redacted] will find the refund on her payroll stubs.  We believe we have accomplished the desired outcome by the insured and consider this closed...

[redacted]   Ms. [redacted], I wanted to respond to you with detail that I can't provide on the Revdex.com website (due to your privacy).  Records show you were hired by <name removed for privacy> last fall and during the hiring process on August 19th, just before noon, you enrolled...

in three benefits <details removed for privacy> and <name removed> was also covered.  As you know, the nature of your employment can create periods where your paycheck may not cover your benefits.  You selected the option to provide CC payment information and selected the box telling us to collect premium via your CC in the event of a gap in employment.  We have no access to your personal information, you were are the only source capable of providing your CC information. We show that premium was collected via your paychecks for several months and then you did not work enough hours to pay the benefits.  We followed your directions and began collecting the premium via your CC.  This went on for several months.  The premium rate for the benefits you selected and people covered under your plan is $38.19 per week. We show you called to cancel the coverage on June 5th, we turned off the CC payment cards immediately and processed the cancellation of coverage on June 6th.  No payments were processed after you called to cancel.  We followed your directions for collecting premium and stopped immediately upon notification from you.  No premium will be refunded.  If you had any treatment for <benefit> or <benefit> or <benefit> services, please make sure your doctors submit claims for processing. Tell us why here...

Ms. [redacted] works for a temporary staffing company.  The nature of that work involves employees going on and off assignment.  This results in breaks or gaps in insurance coverage due to the person not having paychecks.  As a result of this known issue, our insureds are given the...

opportunity to voluntarily provide a credit card or a bank account to pay for their insurance.  Email notifications are sent about the set up, changes and drafts against the insureds accounts. When Ms. [redacted] contacted us to end her coverage, our action was prompt and termed retro (back dated) to the earliest possible date.  Ms. [redacted] has used the insurance and her service providers have received payment.  No claims for periods she paid for coverage have been denied. We will not be issuing a refund.  We fulfilled our obligations, processed claims and cancelled coverage as soon as we were informed by Ms. [redacted] of her desire to cancel.

Mr. [redacted],The medical insurance you selected during your new hire enrollment period with [redacted] on July 27, 2016 is covered under an IRS provision.  This provision, known as Section 125 was explained in the enrollment materials and requires your acknowledgement prior to allowing you to...

complete the enrollment.  Section 125 of the IRS code limits the changes you can make to your policy.  This IRS regulation allows you to not be taxed on the premium you pay or the benefits you receive.  Voluntary cancellation of your policy can only occur, according to this regulation, when you get other insurance, term your employment or make a change during your annual open enrollment period.  As you stated, your employment ended with [redacted].  As a result, your payroll deductions to pay for the coverage ended as well.  Your coverage ended on February 12. 2017.  By law, you have the opportunity to extend your coverage for 18 months via COBRA.Unless you elect COBRA, no premiums are due, your coverage will end on 2/12/2017 and you do not need to take any other action.  You have 1 year from the date of medical treatment to submit claims.  Most medical providers will submit claims for you. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify the reason we were not able to cancel your policy as you requested.  We, like you, have to abide by federal regulations.

Mr. [redacted],The credit card payment process is set up to specifically assist employees working at staffing or contract work environments.  Staffing assignments are off and on and the absence of work does not equate to the end of employment.  We provide the option to pay for periods of no...

employment regardless of cause.  This is designed to protect employees who miss work due to illness or disability.  Workers may have multiple positions at different companies and employees do not want us to cancel their coverage because of other employment.  We are dependent upon the employee at staffing companies to formally resign so we can be notified that the gap in hours is permanent and not just a lack of work assignments.  Employees voluntarily enter their banking or credit card information online.  We are dependent on employees to manage their payment options online, as we are not empowered to activate or terminate those based on our assumptions of your wishes or employment status. If you have used your benefits, please submit those claims.

I am rejecting this response because:I think is company is full of BS and is praying on LOW income working that need and think they are getting a sufficient Insurance Benefits package. I am the Bread winner for our family - very educated and self-employed. My wife got a job with WIS basically to have a little extra income coming in. Very low paying job - but we would have insurance so would be ok. Previously - we had a VERY good insurance through the market place. I'm seriously NOT sure that the insurance benefit they offer are even legit!!! I would bet you anything that IF YOU INVESTIGATED FURTHER - you would find that many other people are having similar problems with this company. They behave like some kind of crime organization - constantly - a pattern of hanging up the phone in your face - Talking to the customer VERY condescending - almost sure that the people they deal with can't and won't do anything about it. [redacted] sent an email to my Wife stating that they prefer not to deal with me. Likely because I do not fall for their BS and do not allow them to talk to me any kind of way and tell me anything. Companies Like this get Mad when You PUT THEM ON BLAST! They just picked on the wrong person this time. First they did not get the fax - Now the email spam delayed my submission! Ridiculous - and unacceptable. Again - I would bet you that this is a very COMMON practice from this organization. Prior to me opening this Revdex.com complaint against them - they told me that there was NO WAY I'd get any refund - the request are only handled going forward after they process them. They delay processing CLEARLY to make an extra dime on the backs of poor people!  Yes - I want a refund of EVERY Single DOLLAR Taken from my wife's very little paycheck since after Feb. 4 pay period. (Proof of my original submission date attached) Thanks [redacted]

Dwight Sullivan

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I was advised that in order for them to terminate my benefits they needed the last date of employment with the contract company.  If I can demonstrate that I have terminated employment with the contract company with whom I was working, then I wouldn't need the benefits for that company any longer.  If they kept the plan active regardless of whether or not I was employed with that contract company, why would they have needed the end date for that contract company in order to terminate the benefits.  The end date of my employment with the contract company would have no bearing on whether or not they could cancel benefits.  The contract company never made me aware of the fact that if I was no longer working for them that I would need to cancel the benefits on my own.  Neither was this communicated in any of the information that I received from the American Worker.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I was disappointed that I didn't get an apology and instead received a rather short impersonal reply via email my refunds had been returned.  I honestly expected a call but I'm not surprised at their customer service and I hope to never be forced to use them again.
