February 2, 2017VIA EMAIL: [redacted] Ms [redacted] Resolutions SpecialistRevdex.comRutherford Land, Ste100Austin, Texas 78757RE: Complaint ID# [redacted] Consumer: [redacted] Dear Ms [redacted] ,After review of Ms [redacted] ’s complaint, I am saddened by her experience with the firm and assure you it is the goal of the firm to provide excellent serviceMy firm has procedures and I do the best possible to assure that the procedures are adhered to, however, no system is perfect and sadly mistakes will be madeUnfortunately, I did have a staffing problem and that situation has been resolved Upon realization that there was a concern with Ms [redacted] , I made every attempt to satisfy Ms [redacted] and move her legal matter forwardThere are also factors which relate to the “hold/delay” of Ms [redacted] ’s legal matter which I cannot disclose in response tothis complaint due to client/attorney confidentialityAs far as her concern regarding the scheduling of mediation, I am a sole practitioner and my schedule is vigorousAt the time Ms [redacted] was requesting mediation I was unable to coordinate a date, however in an attempt to resolve Ms [redacted] concerns I reached out to her and made offers of settlement to which, she declinedMs [redacted] continues to attack my character and my ethics although I have done everything I can to satisfy herThe contract for employment with Ms [redacted] states in Section A that “A RETAINER FEE OF $AND FILING FEES will be the minimum amount charged and same is NONREFUNDABLE.” Even still as a result of her dissatisfaction I attempted to negotiate with her, but she was unreasonableIf you require any further information, please contact me via email at [redacted] or my office at [redacted] With best regards always, I remainSincerely, [redacted]
