our service manager met with Mr*** Friday evening 8/12/about 5:45pm - we were unable to duplicate the "rattling" noise the customer was experiencing - we asked him (customer) to come to the dealership to see if he could point out the concern to us - after riding with our service manager, Mr
*** said the noise he heard was not going on at this time - our plan of action at this point is for Mr*** to take his vehicle and at some point be able to leave it set at his home for a few days to see if the noise of concern comes back after setting for a few days - the customer is to contact Anthony S*** (service manager) if the noise does, in fact , comes back - it is our understanding that Loveland Ford has satisfied the customer complaint at this time
customer and Loveland Ford have agreed on a satisfactory resolution to the complaint - dealer will refund, the cancellation amount do the customer as calculated by the warranty cancelation department for 1st extended warranty's - upon customer providing all necessary paperwork to do so - please...
