[redacted] came into our office on 08/28/2015, and spoke with me regarding these issuesNone of the above statement is true in any many or formShe has called our office and we have set up work orders for every issue with her HVAC systemWe have sent maintenance to her apartment every time she requested maintenanceAs to us hanging up on her is an exaggerationWe strive to be courteous and professional while in person and on the phoneShe did ask if she can transfer to another unit and I advised her that she can not because it is against our company policyI did offer her that we can have maintenance take a look at her HVAC system and repair it, and that I would follow up to see if the issue was resolvedShe denied that requestI also offered to get an exterminator to treat her apartment for bugs, and she also declined the offerIt seemed all she was interested in was breaking her lease without having to be responsible for any charges associated stated in her lease agreement

my ac has never ran correctly since October but now will never reach a set point of and runs constantlyIt is degrees in my apartment and does not drop below I have always had a high electric bill because of my ac but it was this month and will get worse if this is not fixedI've been told twice by staff and maintenance this will be fixed and it has notThis has been going on for a week now

I moved into these apartments on March 1, since the first day I moved in the AC has been out and has been over to degrees in my apartmentI have called in several times to get this problem solved with no luckMaintenance has been out to check my AC unit but always say there is nothing wrongi have gone into the office to request maintenance but they still have not fixed my problem I have slept in my car because of the extreme heat in the apartmentThese are serious issues regarding dehydration and over heating, something has to be done this has gone long enough and I have had tons of patients with staff and maintenance My electricity bill has been extremely high due to the AC not stopping because it cannot cool down my bed room apartmentNot only is my AC out I have also requested my light fixtures in my kitchen to be replace for month now and still no success on getting that done alsoI have letters from the maintenance guy promising me he will get these things

I am rejecting this response because: I have accounts where I was hung up onI again spoke to a leasing agent named Will who cut me off and told me he had otjer lines ringing and he hung up on meAnother time was with someone different who was upset that we kept calling in regards to our hvac system which is currently still leaking and causing moldI do not want to pay a single cent to these money hungry people after the way they have treated my familyI don't think it's fair to have a business lie constantlyAsk many of the tenets they will tell you a similar encounterI did write a review on facebook the day I got hung up on and my family was hearing me talk to Will on the phoneAs for me being called a liar? That is far from the truth and I find it highly offensiveI invite you to stay a night at the apartment and see if a bug doesn't crawl up your leg.

requested maintenance. As to us hanging up on her is an exaggeration. We strive to be courteous and professional while in person and on the phone. She did ask if she can transfer to another unit and I advised her that she can not because it is against our company policy. I did offer her that we can have maintenance take a look at her HVAC system and repair it, and that I would follow up to see if the issue was resolved. She denied that request. I also offered to get an exterminator to treat her apartment for bugs, and she also declined the offer. It seemed all she was interested in was breaking her lease without having to be responsible for any charges associated stated in her lease agreement.

I am rejecting this response because: I have listed multiple issues with the complex and been lied to and lied about. I am not over exaggerating, I find that offensive. I do have family that was listening into my phone call when Will was being completely rude. He rushed my off the phone saying the other lines where ringing and before I could even say another statement he had hung up. If you google the apartment homes you can see multiple reviews of how bad the management is as well as leasing agents. Like I had stated previously I am not the only tenant who is having issues with these rude people. As far as another lie told by this management team. We could not transfer her because of policy... that is another lie told by your team. If you where telling the truth you would have known that I was given the option to move but I rejected after I was told multiple stories of how I would have to pay transfer fees (which is fine) only, then another agent said no I  couldn't until I paid admin fees, transfer fees, then go through another credit evaluation. We decided it wasn't worth the hassle. So again [redacted] you have lied through your teeth and obviously did not talk with your team to get your story straightened out. Sadly I again don't think I should pay for the remaining lease breaking because the conditions were not livable for a 2 month old baby. Bugs crawling on her pillow and the a/c was out for 15 days. That does give us the right to be able to break the lease with no penalty according to the lease. As we said before we don't think it's fair being treated the way we where to have to pay them more money. We have paid rent on time continuously with no late payments and have kept up with the apartment. It would be different if I had trash everywhere and it was my fault we had bugs. But unfourtnaly I had given this apartment plenty of chances to fix the issues. It's just ridiculous how all they care about is the money coming in and not their tenants. I have had other tenants that have proof as well of how terrible they treat us. If you try to call the office no one answers until you try more than 5 times. Once answered the lines are answered by someone being rude. Like I said the multiple times, the reviews found online speak for themselves. That I am not "over exaggerating."
