I am rejecting this response because:After I posted my complaints on the Revdex.com and other websites, the management of The *** Apartments was very cooperative, and offered to help me move to a ground floor apartmentI did not end up moving, butt they did their very best to accomodate all my needs so that I would have a positive experience hereI was satisified, even though they still did not give me back the discounts they had offered me, and they asked that I take down my bad reivewsI did take down the reviews on other webistes, however, I did not take my complaint down on Revdex.com because after repeatedly requesting the information of the owners, both verbally and through email, they have not provided said contact informationAfter being burned so many times by Pinnacle Living management company, I would feel more secure if I had the owners' information, but they would not give it to meAnd so I am leaving up my complaint for all to see until they complyI will also be asking the Texas Apartment Association about getting that informationOnce I have that, and the renegged $in discounts they promised me so that I would move in, if there are no more snarky and misleading responses from The ***, I will be happy to take down my complaint on this website
