Review: I signed a contract with the Lehman College Apex and paid $360 for six months of a gym membership. In order to be allowed access to the gym one must have a Lehman ID. I was told that while I waited for the ID to come in I could use the contract with state ID. I was told that the contract was illegible and I would not be granted access. I told them that they could look my membership upstairs with the appropriate personnel and it would appear. I was told that the personell that handled these situations had been terminated and that they could not look it up. I have called Lehman various times only to not get my phone calls answered by the Apex faculty or to be told that my card was on its way. The contract says there are no refunds however Lehman breached the contract when they denied me access as well as my membership card for entry. I believe that I am entitled to a full refund.Desired Settlement: I believe that I am entitled to a full refund of $360 dollars
