A repair was never completed, claiming the part hadn't come in yet. I found out later that he had actually broken another part of my fridge ***.
***, attended my home to fix my fridge in November. When the problem occurred again he said he'd have to replace the control board. I agreed and was told it would be in in a few days. It never came. *** said it probably had to come from the manufacturer (***) and that Canada Post was probably slow. After repeated calls and waiting nearly 3 weeks, I phoned the parts supplier which informed me that it was in stock but had never been ordered. When I finally phoned another repairman, I found out that *** had actually broken the freezer drawer wheel assembly , a $200 part, and never told me!
As well, *** has 2 phone numbers listed on his business card but has no message centre set up for either of them and he has no email. It is virtually impossible to contact him unless he happens to answer his phone without realizing who it is!
