I ordered a part for my Whirlpool Refrigerator on December 30, 2015 from LaundryDoc.com. I received a package from LaundryDoc.com on January 8, 2016. The part in the package was not the part I ordered. The part I ordered is a "Left Hand Pantry Rail, part number WXXXXXXXX" This part is approximately 15 inches long. The part I received is 25 inches long and has no identifying numbers. The box this was in had no packing slip to identify it. I have called this company many times but have never received and call back. I have also emailed them to no avail. On January 18,2016 I wrote them a letter asking to be contacted in order to get the correct part for my refrigerator. To date, I have not heard from this company. I paid a total of $23.94 to LaundryDoc.com and they have received their money.I need your assistance in either getting the correct part or getting a refund of my moneyProduct_Or_Service: Refriderator Pantry Rail, Left HandOrder_Number: XXXXXXXXXDesired SettlementSending me the correct part or refunding my money

I am seeking a refund. I ordered part [redacted] a stainless steel drawer for a built in ** microwave. I was sent [redacted] a stainless trim kit. I ordered [redacted] from [redacted] on July 20th. The seller was [redacted]. The part arrived by the end of July. This part was for a kitchen remodel and sat in its box until recently. The seller states that this is outside of their return policy timelines, however, despite this I believe that they are still responsible to sell and deliver the part that I ordered. They did not deliver ordered part [redacted] a stainless steel drawer for a built in ** microwave. I was sent [redacted] a stainless trim kit.I have contacted the seller and they are quoting their return timelines which I am aware I am outside of, however they at least owe me that part that I ordered. I paid $303.98 for a drawer, I was sent a $240 trim kit.If I am unsuccessful I will proceed with the [redacted] and my local small claims court.Desired SettlementI am seeking a full refund less shipping. The part delivered is not what was ordered.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]/ ManagerContact Phone: [redacted] ext [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]Buyer ordered the wrong part we shipped the correct part to the buyer. We never received information regarding problems with the buyers order unit 9/28. Buyer purchased the item on July 20th. Buyer has received a complete refund from [redacted].Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The order for [redacted] was ordered on 7/20 and delivered by the end of that month. The issue is that I ordered a [redacted]. This is NOT what was delivered. What was delivered was a [redacted] microwave trim kit.I contest the suppliers comment that I orderd wrong; it can be seen from the order form what I ordered. I also contest that I was given a "complete refund from [redacted]". That is not correct. I was given a 50% good will gesture from [redacted] as can be seen at the bottom of the invoice (attached) [redacted] has done nothing to date, and continually refuses to do so.Final Business Response [redacted] agreed with us regarding this claim however we are willing to refund the rest of the order if the customer returns the product undamaged. We will will the refund when we receive the product back.Thank you[redacted]

I am requesting the Revdex.com to contact the supplier laundrydoc.com in Memphis TN to correct this error on THEIR PART. I have paid for this order thru my bank checking acct order placed on 12/ 28/15 [redacted] ph XXXXXXXXXXDesired SettlementI want to receive an rma to return the products that I did not order at no shipping charge to then receive the correct parts that I did order at no shipping charges since I already paid for shipping charges for the original order they sent me the WRONG items even though the packing slip stated the correct items that I paid forBusiness Response We dealt with this issue on Amazon and sent the correct items to the customer within a week of receiving the complaint.

When I ordered an item I received no delivery status but my credit card was charged. After calling multiple times and leaving messages over a two-week period with no response I went online to the credit card company to dispute the charge. That is when I found out the charge had been reversed a week prior. Why allow me to continue calling and leaving messages when they knew my item had been canceled from their end? That is unprofessional whether it was deliberate or due to in competency.","neg-1

Ordered a refridgerator part(bin) using their online system. Wrong part- my fault. Returned atmy expense for shipping ($12). Numerous attempts to contact LaundryDoc over several weeks by phone. Recording states call will be returned in 24 hours, but not once call returned. Numerous attemps to contact cust. service through their website. No response. The company appears to be a disreputable online e-commerce vendor. Part cost was $31, including shipping. Since wrong part was ordered, I do not expect to recover return shipping cost. However, it should be reasonable for the customer to recover original purchase cost plus shipping.Luandry Doc proceseed my card on 12-2-15.Sincerely,**Desired SettlementRefund or exchangeBusiness Response We have never received this return. If there is a tracking number available, we can see if it was delivered to the wrong place, damaged or otherwise misplaced. If the fault is on our end, we will gladly provide a full return.

I want to return a part I ordered. Website says I need a "refund merchandise authorization" code - no instructions, won't return calls or emailsI ordered a dishwasher part. It did not work so, I want to return the part for a refund. The laundrydoc web site says I need a "Refund Merchandise Authorization" code or they won't accept return. AND return has be to within 30 days of purchase. I have spent the last week calling and emailing site to get the "RMA" so, I can return it. No answer, no response, nothing AND I am coming up on the 30 day deadline. Do I send it without a RMA? Do I wait until I get one and go past 30 day limit? Without a doubt, some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Desired SettlementI would like to know how to return the part and get my money back. That is ALL I am asking for. Business Response The customer requested a return on Sunday, February 15, which was authorized via e-mail that very same day, within one hour. Since we received the item and processed the return on Tuesday, February 24, the customer must have gotten an RMA from us via e-mail. The order was placed through Amazon. No seller on Amazon has direct control over the transfer of funds to or from an account, so if it's an issue of a delay in the actual transfer, all we can do is bring it to Amazon's attention. We process hundreds of return requests a year in this way with no issues.
